Boogie Bounce Day 2026

On Monday 15th June, we were visited by  the Jump Warehouse who delivered a ‘Boogie Bounce Day’.

The day was funded using our PE and School Sport Premium and was a great way to enrich our curriculum and increase the children’s daily active minutes.

Below, is a description of the benefits of Boogie Bounce written by the Jump Warehouse.

‘Designed specifically to meet National Curriculum requirements, the Boogie Bounce activity hits these core objectives:

  • Movement and Motor Skills: Develops balance, coordination, spatial awareness, and core strength through non-competitive rebounding and dance.
  • Inclusive Participation: Engages less active or confident children through a fun, music-filled, and party-style atmosphere.
  • Special Educational Needs (SEN): Aids children with ADHD, autism, or sensory processing disorders by managing energy levels and providing calming, weightless sensory input.
  • Curriculum Alignment: Meets Key Stage 1 and 2 criteria by blending trampoline-based cardio with floor activities like dance and gymnastics.

AND IT’S FUN……..’

Children from Nursery to Year 5 had sessions throughout the day.

When leaving, staff from the Jump Warehouse left the school a review,

‘ I have worked with many schools over the years and I’m thrilled to have had the pleasure to visit the most attentive/ caring/professional team I’ve ever met! Thanks a bunch!’ Simon Payen.
