Baton relay

We received the baton from Fairfield Road Primary School on Monday morning. Year 6 welcomed it with a guard of honour and it was presented to our sports ambassadors Jessica and Olivia. They then took it into the playground where the rest of the school celebrated its arrival. Jessica, Olivia and Mrs. Quinn then ran the baton to Moorside Primary School and handed it over to their sports ambassadors. It will now continue its journey around Tameside schools.
