Autumn 2
This half term in maths, we have been exploring patterns in our classroom and outdoors, noticing how things repeat and change. We have also been learning about position and space by moving ourselves and objects under, over, next to and around different places. The children have been practising recognising and ordering numbers 1, 2 and 3, and joining in with number songs and repeating patterns. Through lots of playful activities and exploration, we are growing our confidence in early number skills and discovering more about the world around us!
