Information - PATT: Parents and Teachers Together
You are your child’s
first and most important educator. We value and
appreciate the important role you have to play in
supporting your child and developing a positive
attitude to school and learning.
We have a PATT group
and everyone within our school community is
encouraged to be an active member. There are three
main officers who coordinate meetings and events.
Essentially PATT is a chance to socialise with
others and in a fun way raise funds for school.
Our main events are
the Christmas and Summer Fair, Leavers’ Ball for
Year 6, discos and quiz nights.
P.A.T.T.Summer B.B.Q.
The rain
came down and then the sun came out to shine on all
who attended our first P.A.T.T. summer barbeque.
Many adults and children dressed up to complement
the Hawaiian theme in grass skirts and Leis.
Bouncy castles, funny photos, limbo dancing and face
painting were all popular activities in addition to
a wonderful barbeque cooked by our very own Mr.
Quinn.
Staff and parents working together helped the night
go smoothly, as everyone enjoyed and participated in
the fun.
Thank you
to the P.A.T.T. team for organising this event.
Want to
join in the fun?
Look out for the next event which is the Summer
Fair.
Hope to see you there!
What a
fantastic night!
Friday 8th April was the P.A.T.T. Quiz night.
Those who came had a
fun filled evening of questions and games to suit
everyone, with an interval for Mrs Bragg’s Potato
pie with peas or cheese pie if preferred. The scores
were close at the end but ‘The team with no name’
(consisting mainly of St. Mary’s Teaching
Assistants) won. They generously donated the money
back into school funds.
It was a great night out for all the family and
raised over £200 for school.
Thank You P.A.T.T. team for all your help.
