'The
Christmas Blitz Hits'
All the children in Key stage two were
involved in the preparation of our annual
Christmas production. Six weeks before the
show, Friday afternoons were given over to
preparing and making the scenery and props
to be used in the production. This year our
production was based on the events of World
War II. The children learnt about the blitz,
air raids and shelters, Evacuation,
Children's toys, Propaganda Posters, Barrage
balloons and many more aspects of the war.
They were able to make their own posters,
powerpoint presentations, models and
scenery. Their work was then displayed for
parents and visitors to view before the
performance.

The performance itself was a great success
and the children, with only two weeks of
rehearsals worked really hard and made us
very proud. Here are some of the pictures
